Withdrawal Policy

Online withdrawals are fast and secure. If you need assistance during the process, please contact our customer support team by email, phone or live chat.

How may I withdraw my funds?

Your funds will be withdrawn in the same payment method (credit/debit card, Skrill, bank transfer) you have originally used to deposit with Skyline Markets.

When will the withdrawn funds arrive in my account?

At any time, you may request an online withdrawal of funds from your account, which will be sent to our Compliance Department/Back Office for processing and the request will be processed as soon as possible and timeously. All withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount that has been requested.

Credit/Debit Card: Withdrawals made by Credit/Debit Card are processed within 7 working days, and take an average of 2-3 working days to reach the card or bank. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of at least 50€ per transaction, and all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount that has been requested.

Bank Wire: Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer are usually processed within 7 working days and take an average of 5 working days to reach your account. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of at least 50€ per transaction, and all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount that has been requested.

Skrill/ Moneybookers: Withdrawals made by Moneybookers are usually processed within 7 working days and reach your account within 60 minutes of the transfer being effected. Please note that we only accept withdrawal requests of at least 50€ per transaction, and all withdrawal requests are subject to a client’s account being fully verified and funded with the withdrawal amount that has been requested.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?

Login to your account, click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the tool bar at the top of the page, then select ‘Withdrawals’ from the drop-down menu. Enter the amount to be withdrawn in the base currency. Complete the electronic form as required then click ‘Submit’. You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.
